If you’re not completely satisfied with your results, we’ll refund your purchase in full — and you can even keep the product.
We believe in honest science and real results, not complicated returns.


Our 180-Day Guarantee

We want you to feel confident giving your hair time to respond to the treatment.
Because regrowth takes consistency, we encourage customers to use the products for at least 90 days before evaluating their results.

If, within 180 days of receiving your order, you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us at contact@elyrise.com with your order number and a short note about your experience.
We’ll process a full refund, no return shipment required.


How It Works

  1. Email us at contact@elyrise.com with:

    • Your order number,

    • The email address used for the purchase, and

    • (Optional) A brief note or photo feedback to help us improve.

  2. Our team will confirm your request and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whatever works best for you.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include photos of the product and packaging in your email.


Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, simply request a refund under our 180-day guarantee and place a new order at your convenience.


Exceptions

Because of hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept the physical return of opened or used cosmetic products.
However, this doesn’t affect your right to a full refund under our 180-day guarantee — you’ll still get your money back, even without returning the product.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time for your refund to post).

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at contact@elyrise.com — we’ll make sure it’s resolved promptly.
