At Elyrise, we believe premium care should come with a premium experience — from checkout to delivery.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order worldwide.


1. Shipping Regions

We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

No matter where you are, we aim to deliver Elyrise products directly to your door.
If, for any reason, we’re unable to ship to your location, you’ll be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: during high-demand periods (holidays, launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Europe 5–10 business days
United States & Canada 5–10 business days
United Kingdom 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand 7–12 business days
Rest of the World 7–15 business days

These are estimated transit times and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package reaches your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Elyrise is not responsible for:

  • Additional customs charges
  • Delays caused by customs clearance

We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.


7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Elyrise is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier
  • If unresolved, email us at contact@elyrise.com

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Send all requests to contact@elyrise.com — we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or out of stock, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
